It sounds like you may have the wrong Steam account linked to your EA account- please verify that you have the correct Steam account linked with the EA account you're currently logging into. You can check that on your EA account by looking under the Connections section on your account management page here.
If you're not seeing your Steam account linked here, you can link that up by following these steps. If you see the wrong Steam account linked, you'll need to reach out to the live support team so they can help you get the correct account linked up instead. On the indicated page the user is correct.
There is an old connection on the Ps3 that I haven't used for years, and on the PC the connection is associated with the correct email, as you can see from the images I have attached.
But if I use the redeem product code function I get the message that the code has already been used which is not true, or rather I used it first time that try to connect but always getting the message "invalid code".
But can it be so complicated to "unlock" my code or give me another valid one? This is my fifth time writing to EA and/or Steam about this issue !!
