I brought them all on a cd I only have one ea account but I have now got rid of the CDs due to it being on the origin account me thinking it would just be on there forever
@srhiannfayers When games and DLC were present in Origin but are not in the EA App, it almost always means that the user is signing into the wrong account. But you can check the purchase history on this account, which should also have records of each pack registered. Go to ea.com, sign in, click Order History, expand the timeline to "all time," and have a look. The Sims 3 registrations aren't obviously labeled, for example this is from when I registered my base game:
If you don't find any entries that would correspond to when the packs were registered, then you're not signed into the correct account. In that case, you can contact EA customer support and ask for help finding the correct account, but it might be easier to just try to login to the EA App with any email address you still have access to. Enter the address, click "Forgot your password?", and then look for a password-recovery email. Check the spam folder as well as the inbox.

I think I found them all so now what do I do with this information? How do I get them back they say place holder?

@srhiannfayers It's fine that the entries say "placeholder." What you need to do now is contact EA customer support with the order numbers and ask why the corresponding packs aren't on your account. It might take some time if you're not sure which entries correspond to which packs, but if you use the live chat option, a support rep should be able to check each entry in turn and either confirm the pack is in your account or look up why it's been removed.
