@indycutie How many saves do you have? You can take a look by opening Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Saves. If there are too many, the game may not show all of them at the Main Menu, but the limit can vary widely from one computer to the next. The save folders that end in .backup don't count because the game doesn't load those.
Point is, if there are more than a couple dozen, move the older ones out of that folder, for example to a folder on your desktop. If you see any saves that end in .bad, that means the save process failed and the files inside are unusable, so just delete those. If you see a SaveName.Sims3.bad and a SaveName.Sims3.backup, you may be able to salvage it: delete the folder with the .bad extension, then delete the .backup extension from the other, and the latter should be available to load from the Main Menu. (You can do this even if the main save doesn't end in .bad, but you'll need to rename the backup first, e.g. SaveName1.sims3.)
Not signing into the launcher has nothing to do with the other issues.
