Can I get two new registration codes for my Sims 3 and Sims 3: Pets games? I have the two games downloaded from Steam and I can't seem to register them on the Sims 3 site because the codes that Steam supplied are not working...

So I took your advice, and it got me no where. EA has not got back to me in about 3 days after writing them an e-mail which told me that they would respond within 24 hours... My outlook on EA was never a good one, and now this just writes it in stone. I thank you again for your help, you were more help than EA would ever or will ever be.
Have you tried live chat at all ?
Make sure you choose US as your country.
I'm afraid no one here can really help you out since we're all users like yourself.
Don't know what else to tell you.
