@theogowhoa Please list all the packs you'd like to install. Some of them need extra help to get installed properly (or they cause an unknown error), but it's easier to describe what to do if I know exactly which packs are involved.
In the interim, please do a clean uninstall of the entire game. The regular uninstall process doesn't remove some hidden library files, and those can prevent the game from launching normally going forward.

Install the base game only, no packs, and run the Super Patch to manually patch to 1.67. The launcher doesn't do a thorough job of patching on its own.

Launch the game to make sure it works; let me know if you get an unknown error here. But you can ignore the server error—it will resolve after you install almost any pack.
thanks for the help and the expansion packs I have are, generations, into the future, island paradise, pets, seasons, showtime, supernatural, university life.

@theogowhoa Okay, let me know whether the base game only works first. If it doesn't, that has to be addressed before anything else. But again, the server error is nothing to worry about.

@theogowhoa Please do another clean uninstall, then install into a new user account on your Mac. Make it an admin account, and one that doesn't have any special characters in the name. Install the base game only again, and run the Super Patch, specifically the digital download version (Region 17), before trying to launch the game.
