No clothing, hair, buy mode options. Build mode freezes game.

Hello fellow simaroo's,

New Laptop New sim specs more than meet the requirements but when i go to create my sim for the first time i can edit body shape and ambitions but not edit hair and clothing. The tabs open but hair shows no option whatsoever and clothing i can click different outfits but nothing is inside the "folders". When I just used a random sim to see if it would work with the in game clothing/hair dresser my F2 buy menu again had all the tabs but no furniture and whatnot within the tabs and the F3 build menu froze completely. I have tried the factory reset mentioned in many posts and a full reinstall. I had the 99% loading bar glitch but turning off all expansion packs and loading them one at a time fixed that problem.

Please Help!

    Hi @reflexable,

    Could you take a screenshot of the game so we can see the issue? Sometimes it's better to understand with a picture 😉

    Also, let's take a look to your computer, ok? A dxdiag would be very helpful. You can find instructions on how to get a dxdiag here, and you can attach it to your answer.
