No code came with The Sims 3 Hidden Springs

please don't ask about codes here it can be seen in the wrong way

there should have been a leaflet in the box how to install the game with the code on the back of it

if the code is there then do this

1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

nope ☹️ it came with nothing but 2 advertisment leaflets for sims 3 add ons. i guess im just gonna have to buy a new one.

no  16 digit code on either of them ?

@Sims3Eq I would take it back to Target and ask for a refund. You should have received a code.

hey see here in the world guide sometimes the disk may skip over the asking for the code or some such but there's ahow to redeem the code in your the sims 3 account and info on hidden springs
