I use to own all the exspantion packs to the sims 3 when I was younger. Now I am not able to install any of them ☹️. They are still in my oldest computer, but it is crap. All the codes should be connected to my account but they arent. Using the codes now only shows up that they are redeemed. Which I am unsure how true since I only used them offline with a CD before.
This is my 2nd account. I have only managed to get into the future and 2 stuff packs I owned downdloaded.
@methog33 Contact EA customer support with your codes and ask for help figuring out what you did with them. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Having the same issue here - commenting so I can come back to this and hopefully provide some guidance if I can get any from EA myself. It's so frustrating.
