Nothing happens when I try to install the sims 3 content on launcher

Hey everyone,&nbsp;I bought some items from the the sims 3 store, and they appear on the&nbsp;Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads - but when I try to install the on the the sims 3 launcher nothing happens,&nbsp;it doesn't t show any error&nbsp;messages or anything! It just seems like I didn't click on anything.&nbsp;I'm using a 2020 MacBook Pro btw...

@catarinalobo&nbsp; Do you see a second green plumbob in your Dock?&nbsp; If so, that's the launcher's installer, but it's hidden behind the launcher.&nbsp; Click the other plumbob to bring it to the front.

If that doesn't help, close the launcher and reopen it.&nbsp; Sometimes it takes more than one try for the install process to work.
