I have the Opportunity "Oh my Ghost" I have now brought two Urns to the Sceince lab but I still have the opportunity??? After I bring the Urn they tell me next time it will cost money but the Opportunity is still there as if I never completed it? Does anyone have a solution to this? I'm going to try to Travel And see if that somehow fixes it but if this has happened to anyone else I could really use some advice thx!
have you tried save as the game with the save as new name amd just cancel the opportunity on the opportunity's tab and then see if you can have the ghost resurrected
I traveled to the future and when I got back home to opportunity was gone. It just vanished? And even though I completed it twice now I can't resurrect Sims/Urn even if I pay. The option is not there. Now, If I click it off it takes forever to get. It took me forever to get this opportunity. I didn't want to click it off myself because I'll wait forever getting it again. It took Weeks of playing andwaiting to get the Oh My Ghost Opportunity ☹️ :/ Now, I have to wait again until the opportunity is offered unless someone has another solution??
I just saved the game now under another name again. I do this everytime I travel just in case something goes wrong. When I get back home I'll check to see if my options at the science lab have changed. And thx for trying to help.
What world is this in ? Is it a single or multi-Rabbithole the opportunity is at ?
Currently I am playing in Starlight Shores which has been the only world with very little problems and lag. It would be a shame if I had to move again and make a copy of my Sim because when I have done this in the past I lost my family members. :/ I'm hoping to get he quest again but I fear someone might have to die in order for that to happen ☹️
I don't play in starlight shores but is the rabbit hole for the opportunity a singe l rabbit hole or combined sciences/military/police rabbit hole
It's combined Rumbutter it's the Science lab and hospital both. Should I try adding just a science lab somewhere??
before doing anything most times it's a good idea to save the game with a save as new name thus keeping the original game as it is and while trying different things in game to try fix an issue sometimes the combo rabbit holes can cause an issue and replacing them with single rabbit holes can help and one player had an issue with a single rabbit hole if I remember right the sim had an opportunity at the science building bit couldn't enter the building the solution that worked for them was to go to edit town then grab the building with the hand tool move it back a wee bit then drop it lemme check crins blog for issues with combo rabbit holes BUT having said that the chances are you may still loose the opportunity and have to get it to roll around again

Thx rumbutter I will try that and see if it works. She can go in and out of the building just fine and has completed other opportunities there. Just for some odd reason Oh My Ghost! Isn't working. Maybe traveling again will do something. Yes And I always save an extra when I go into edit town! I learned the hard way. I will try adding a hospital and seperate science lab and hope it works. If it does I'll let you know And tyvm for all your help!
