One add-on (Supernatural) missing. Tried everything

Hi! I currently have nine add-ons installed for The Sims 3 but only eight show up in the game client. All nine are visible in the EA App but Supernatural is missing in-game. The game runs smoothly otherwise. We’ve tried just about everything including uninstalling and reinstalling Supernatural replacing the physical copy of Supernatural with the downloaded version via the EA App a full clean reinstall manually removing all EA-related content we could locate before starting over via the EA App replacing all hard copies with downloaded versions and running repair on the game(s). The issue was discovered when we took over the computer from my brother a couple of months ago. He had wiped most of its contents and reinstalled the games on a faster hard drive. Before that Supernatural worked fine. I’ve scoured the internet for solutions but so far nothing. In the few cases where others have had a similar issue the only real fix seems to have come from getting in touch with the right person at EA. System info Windows 10 version 22H2 All games were re-downloaded via the EA App no physical media currently installed Install path C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 3. Any help or suggestions would be deeply appreciated.
