859janie Have you used cheats on this sim? And do you use mods, or would you be willing to add a few to try to fix this? There are other ways to approach the issue too, but they're not necessarily as effective.
If you don't want to use mods, try evicting the sim and placing them back into their house. As long as you don't save the sim and replace them with the saved copy, they'll keep their jobs and relationships, but they will lose their promised wishes and opportunities.
Not per say on the motives; used the mailbox to fill up but then turn right back off, and yes have some mods, cc installed. I work w/ different types of traited sims to see how they work and then i leave her alone, i let the "testing sims" live there lives until dying of old age. like i said just noticed after one "play" i cant get her fun motive to fill back up naturally , games, watching tv etc,
