Origin code invalid
I recently reformatted, reinstalled Origin, and when I Install the base Sims 3 game and use the code right from Origin it says it's invalid.
On the blue installation window with Sims ?
If so, did you buy the disc or download version and how long ago ? It seems that the codes on Origin for games that were bought pre-Origin don't really works.
If that is not the case, only customer support can help you with a new code
