ooo i did this. and this didnt help. its the same code they gave me with dashes. but it doesnt have enough numbers or something. idk. i copied and pasted the number and dashes too and it still says (You have entered an invalid code. Please re-enter your code.) so now i am waiting on a live chat person to help me. i have been waiting about 20 mins. they say you can be waiting up to an hour. sigh I hope someone can help me with this issue. Thank for trying.
You're welcome. It could be a long wait to get through to them. If you can't today, try as soon as they open in the mornings; the wait is usually 5 minutes then for live chat.
