Do not worry, most likely you very simply accidentally made a new Origin account with the update or you are being confused as to where the games are. These games do not very simply just "disappear" .

If the problem still persists, contact the support directly from here : https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new
They should be able to help you out manually if all else fails.
