Origin says that my redeem code has been used and won't let me install

This is my third question about how Origin f**ked up my purchase and swindled my money!!! I downloaded the game from origin, I clicked to install but it keeps on popping a window that says there is an error. When I redeemed my code, it said that it has already been used!

They should have had instructions for amateurs like me, but they made navigating for help so complicated!!!!

Now I can't play the game, I can't even install it

I can't ask for my money back because I downloaded the game and that's against the Terms.

I wasted 40 euros!!!

    When you purchase The Sims 3 or any of its Expansions or Stuff Packs through Origin, you no longer need to manually register your product through The Sims 3’s website. Just make sure that your Origin account details match the details of your Sims account, and Origin will register your products for you.

     

    What error message do you get when you try to install the game?

    That I need to open the Sims 3 Launcher and install from there, I do so but I have absolutely NO CLUE how to install it
