Since moving over to EA app my purchased items have vanished from my game. They were there yesterday but today nothing. Now it says i don't own them. I do own them I've been using these perfectly happily on Origin. This is stressing me out so much. Please help me.

@SmashyVampy Do your store items show as owned on the store site? It's actually down for me right now, as in, I can't even login, so it's possible that the issue is on the store side.
Regardless, whenever you can sign in, please try downloading and installing one item to see whether it works. If not, move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a clean folder, and again download and install one store item. Use the store site rather than the in-game interface and let me know both whether the item can install and whether it shows up in-game.
