Origin's Security Questions in Japanese?
Hi guys! This is my first post, and yes, I do know this is a website forum for The Sims 3 questions... But this is kind of related to Sims 3 (in a way...) seeing as how I am attemping to purchase items for my game through Origin but the email address asociated with it is the problem. So, forgive me, but I knew of no where else to go besides here.
Ok, so I am attempting to update my password and my e-mail for my Origin account for my Sims 3 and the security question is required to be answered to do so. However, the security question is in Japanese and I do NOT read or write (at least not well) Japanese. Can someone please help me fix this or just translate for me what this security question is? Oh, and Google Translate does not give an accurate answer, already tried that route.
The Phrase: 您的小学是哪一所？
Google Translation: Which are your primary school?
I tried answering that with the only answer I could think of, but it isn't working... Oh, and I no longer have access to the e-mail account asociated with the Origin e-mail due to the e-mail provider being shut down about one year ago, maybe less.
My only other option is to attempt to contact either Origin or EA directly, but I have NEVER had good luck with either of those two when I had attempted to contact them in the past for issues.
