OSX Lion and TS3 - Patch released, fixes graphics issue, causes problems with Town Life, GURUS?

13" Aluminum Unibody
Processor 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

I have exactly the same specs and exactly the same problem. Is the 320M supported on Lion because I don't want to have to go back to Snow Leopard which would mean a waste of £21
