I wouldn't blame Apple, Developer Preview 1 of Lion was released on the 24th February. That's 5 months to test TS3 and make sure it works and report any bugs to Apple. I don't think I need to say anymore......

This thread isn't about the patch essentially mailaig but thank you for posting :) Am I right in understanding that you are actually able to play, the game's just being cranky as usual? Because all the people posting with the same graphics cards are having the same problem, CAS working fine but actual gameplay crashing within minutes. it seems no one with the 2 mentioned cards are able to play at all :(
