Where can I find the necessary patches?

There aren't any patches out to fix the issue yet. It's related to two specific NVIDIA graphics cards, the 320M and 9400M. Apparently we have to wait for either NVIDIA or Apple to release driver updates, and until then, the only way to play the game is to downgrade back to Snow Leopard.
