Paid 760 SimPoints twice

I bought ‘Skylight Studio of Performing Arts’ in the daily deal. The 760 SimPoints were debited twice and the studio is also shown twice in my purchase history. I clicked on Buy when I wasn't logged in so that the site would log me in automatically, then the ‘Buy’ button was still there and I clicked on it again because maybe it didn't finish the process when I logged in. As I said, the site has now deducted 760 SimPoints twice.

 

How I get back my SimPoints?

    Live support can take a look at this duplicate charge for you and get those points refunded- please submit a help request on the site here so the team there can take a look with you.

    Unfortunately the support said that there is no refund in this case. It took over 1 hour for the guy to understand that it was about SimPoints in the Sims 3 Store. Not about real money credit.

    Sorry you're having troubles with this! A duplicate purchase of SimsPoints can be refunded, however we can't process that for you here on the forums as we don't have access to your billing details.

    Can you try with live support again please through a brand new help request so they can take another look with you? I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation when you reach out there so the team has further info to reference.
