I recently got a new computer, and I went to redownload the things I had previously bought from the sims 3 store and I noticed that it said I didn't own the head start play pen despite it showing up in my purchase history.
Vinncents_Coffin What happens when you try to download the playpen from your purchase history? If you see an error, please post a screenshot of it or write out the text. And can you download it from its product page instead?

I tried downloading it from its store page initially but it only gives me the option to buy it again. this is the only item that i’m having this problem with.
Vinncents_Coffin So if you try to download from your purchase history, you get the error about not owning the item? Does this happen both if you click Download just below the image of the playpen, and if you check the box to the left of that Download button and then click Download near the top of the page? I just want to make sure that neither is working.
I also own the playpen but not the venue it comes with, so I can test it on my computers too.
