For the partially invisible Sim: What part is invisible ?
The partially invisible Sim was decapitated and I also noticed one of the propietors has the wrong skin tone; it's a very dark black. I will try this solution and see if it works, thank you.
So it was just the head or everything but the head ?
You might have some custom skins or bad cc in your game as well

The Sim had everything but his head and most of the invisible sims were NPCs with either walking canes (elders) who I also think were papparazzis since I saw floating cameras and pen pads.
