Everyone who said that that they couldn't patch has the base game (obviously), Late Night, and Generations. Issue in Late Night or Generations maybe?

If it is, I bet it's the routing corrections in Bridgeport.

EDIT: Also, everyone who couldn't ALSO was at 1.48 before attempting to update.
