If it is, I bet it's the routing corrections in Bridgeport.
EDIT: Also, everyone who couldn't ALSO was at 1.48 before attempting to update.
I hate to tell you this, but its probable in the base game or either the pervious patch, I just uninstall all games expect for the base game and I still couldn't patch. I am reinstalling the games and going to patch, and see if it works. my computer is sort of slow at installing these games right now its at 14% I been installing it for almost 45 min.
