Were you able to patch ?
no
- What expansions/stuff packs do you own ? --> Guess we can rule that out as a cause
all ep's and sp's
- What Patch level were you at before patching ?

17.0.77.020017 <---that been the 70'0'80's'90's patch
- What is your Region (last two digits of the base game version
number)

also closed the launcher fired it back up and the update is there to be ticked and install again
