Can you download the patch:Yes
:D Expansion packs installed:all
Stuff packs:All except sweet treats
What patch level where you before downloading:1.48
The normal patch seems to be experiencing issues but the super patch seems fine it may take a little while,but it's the only thing working for all of the content in the game right now besides just having the basegame.
