Paying with Debit card?

I can't pay with my visa debit card as there is no option to do so. I only have a debit card and also i don't have a Paypal account to pay for the new city living Sims 4 expansion pack. I could pay with a debit card until the new origin update was released. I was super excited to play the game but now that i wouldn't be able to buy anything is such a shame. Can any member of the EA staff please explain how to pay with a visa debit card please? Also I'm from the UK thank you.

    @gamsisi I have a Visa debit card and I have used it at some stores that don't take debit cards and it processes the card like a credit card but debits my account. You could create a paypal account and attach your debit card to paypal. I carry a zero balance in paypal and transactions are then processed as debits on my Visa card. Have you tried to use your Visa card as a credit card? Using my Visa debit card in the ways mentioned actually give a lot of flexibility on where to buy. I also have a Master Card debit card (which I use less often). I have some Credit Cards that are only for emergency use only (the cfo - my wife - has to approve all uses of those accounts).

    Hi. I just recently bought sim points with a debit card on Sims 3. And it let me buy those points.  Sims 4 for some reason sometimes lets you use debit card, other times it doesnt. I agree it is unfair. They are loosing players for Sims 4 who are going back to Sims 3 where debit cards are accepted. I know this is an old post but if youre like me, you are still playing the Sims 🙂
