Hello, Im trying to buy Sims 3 starter pack, and am using a virtual visa I bought a few days ago. The full 35 dollars is on the card still and numerous times I have typed in the correct numbers but I still get error 10049. Do you not accept Vanila prepaid visa cards for purchasing digital download games?
