PC crashed, redeem code already used
The PC our sims 3 was on died and when we tired to load The Sims 3 on the new computer it said we already used it.😕mileysad:

Once a code is accepted by the system it is tied to that account. You need to use the account you first used to register the games/pack. You can not re register the game.
