Pets Bug Thread
That patch is here and there are actually lots of fixes. The manual Patch can be downloaded here: Patch 1.29 (850 MB) I myself will not continue to compile this thread. See page 119 for details....

I was suppose to get my game yesterday, but the UPS guy got into an accident, he is fine - but while waiting for the game to come, I came on here, and read the horror stories about the glitches, and the problems with the video cards. I read the pre cautions by Crinrict which helped.
So what I did before the new game arrived, I took out my entire Mod folder that holds my CC, and placed it on the desktop. Then I uninstalled all my EP, and SP and the base game, and reinstalled to make sure that I'm starting with a clean no CC whatsoever within those files in EA directory. Insalled the patches, then I downloaded the EA store items, but exluded the old library that holds the spell book (read that caused some problem).
Got my Pets Limited Edition today, and installed it - qued up the game, and I have not glitches of weird lookin' animals, my game runs smoothly without freezes, I played for 4 hours straight.
The only problem I have which seems everyone is having is trying to teach my dog to hunt. It stops at the first level bar, and doesn't go any further, but other than that my game runs much better, and faster - and I'm pretty happy.

Memory: 2012MB Ram
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT
