Plasma 501 in Bridgeport glitch

I discovered a recent gtch in my game this morning while my sims visited the Plasma 501 vampire lounge in bridgeport. Every single sim in the whole of Bridgeport was just standing outside of Plasma 501. I tried to fix it by resetting every sim and i though it was fine but when i checked back a little later, they had all respawned outside of the lounge again! I went into edit town, deleted Plasma 501 and changed the empty lot then checked agin and all the sims were gradually respawning all over again! I cleared my cache and took out a load of mod clothing and poses but nothing seems to work! I am starting a new game in bridgeport but with the same sims to see if the glitch only happened in that particular game. I anyone knows a solution to this please help me!
