Pretty much everything is missing...

Logged into my Sims 3 account today to play after a few days hiatus,

And very nearly everything is gone. Every save game, every world, and every exapansion pack (which included Diesel, Pets, Seasons, and Into the Future) is nowhere in-game or in the file folders they're supposed to exist in. Just a few months ago, I'd been having so many problems with my custom content, I decided to revert back to only EA items. The game ran relatively smoothly (unless I was trying to access Into the Future, that always caused problems) until today.

I use a PC, have ordered content from Origin, The Sims 3 store, and hard copy discs. I'll be able to reinstall all my content from the discs and hopefully Origin, but I'm having trouble locating the items I purchased online from the Sims 3 store.

If someone can direct me as to where to find those items, I'd greatly appreciate. Any help in understanding how this happened as well...I had LOTS of save games ☹️
