J'ai contacté EA parce que je n'arrive pas à lancer le jeu.
On m'a conseillé de vider le cache, désinstaller le jeu et EA, puis réinstaller. Ca ne fonctionne toujours pas.
Quand je veux "reprendre le dossier" aucune fenêtre de reprise du chat . Je fais quoi maintenant?

If you do post here in English, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
