Problem with Redeem a Code and Download

Hi, i just Redeem a Code and it told me, to download the game i just need to go to Purchase History. But, right there, there is nothing. Help

Well, here is EA's statement on product code redemption as of 08-14-2013, hope it helps
"We're aware that some players are unable to redeem their game codes in Origin, while others are just experiencing an up to 30 minute delay in redeeming their code. We are running a charity promotion with Humble Bundle which has received an extremely high response. The amount of redemption attempts has put a huge strain on the servers at the moment.
We're working to correct this as soon as possible. In the mean time, please hang on to your codes and stay tuned for updates. Thanks for your patience!"

Also, forgot to mention that this applies to all games, not just humble bundle games. Cheers!

Just purchased Medal of Honor and downloaded it but now need a code to activate but have not been sent a code, what do i do?

log in to your origin right click the game icon show game details the code should be there

I can play online no problem but will not let me play campaign Tear1 I liked them glad I did not lose my stats got new hard drive and was working till new up date with origin are EA and say go to EA.support.com so help please. Say been run need to contact

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

Ok, so as soon as I purchased the ims Supernatural (with the PVZ limited content) I redeemed the code for it. Now, a couple of weeks ago, I had installed so much Custom Content, that I had to uninstall everything, which included that PVZ thing. I tried redeeming it again but it says that it's already been used. Please can someone help? I also can't install anything, meaning items from the Sims 3 Store. It's really starting to bug me now, cause all those items I purchased aren't appearing in the Create A Sim. Help please? ☹️
