Problem with Redeem a Code and Download

I just brought Sims 3 Back to the Future and I do not  see the see the game in my icon" My Games" to down load . Please help.

if your still logged into origin log out close origin restart origin log back in to refresh/reload

I've got the same problem. I can't redeem my the sims 3 starter pack from the origin. Then it told me to redeem that at the sims' website. I redeemed that. In my purchase history there are the Monte Vista and Graham's Pet Swap Shop. But where is the sims 3? I clicked download but I can't open that in my firefox. Then I used ie and it still didn't respond? What happened??? I never thought that installing a game could be that frustrated.  So disappointed! It's such a nightmare! Why do I have to intall that through origin? Why can't I just do that as the old ways?

digital download games are download and installed via orign  from the my games tab so origin needs to be downlaoded to the computer( if it's a mac you get the mac version of origin)  http://www.origin.com/download  then once origin is downloaded you log in with your account details (email and password )  then download the game or games as the case may be  https://help.ea.com/article/how-do-i-download-my-new-game-on-origin but worlds that are bought in origin or on a disk the codes are redeemed in your the sims 3 account and downloaded from your purchase history on the sims 3 site FAQ store worlds and how they work oh and also DLC content for example the stasis chamber the code is redeemed in your the sims 3 account and downloaded from the purchase history too
