problem with sims 3 into the future

Good morning. I have a problem with the Sims 3 into the future. when I put someone to travel in the future, normally opens the city but did not show me my Sims, so I can't do anything .. neither to come back .. and the only thing I can do is to go to the main menu and restarting the game from the last save point. please help me... I'm doing something wrong or the game has problem?

It's a known issue (it's the same issue that so although it says University Life in the thread, it's valid for ITF too).

thank you very much... i save my family from the previous game and i start a new game with this family and i can travel with success in the furute and i can go back.... thnks a lot!! :manvery-happy: :manvery-happy::manwink:

nevermind I got 😉 it worked
1. Go to your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves folder.
2. Go into the save folder you are having the problems on.
3. Delete the file

The only thing about using this workaround is that if you have friends at the university already, it creates a new university, so the sims you meet at the new university will be duplicates, and will NOT have the relationships you had before.
