when I try and go into sunset valley to shuts down my whole sims 3 game and I have never had this problem before
@MandyLovesPink35 Does this happen when you load a new save, or an existing one? If this problem happens with an existing save, please try starting a new save, just as a test. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@MandyLovesPink35 Please open Documents > Electronic Arts and drag the Sims 4 folder inside to the desktop. Launch the game, which will create a new folder, but don't put anything in the new folder yet. Try to start a new save in Sunset Valley, and let me know whether it works.
If you get another error, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I am using windows 10 and it wont let me do a dxdiag and when I did its say that there is no problem with it

@MandyLovesPink35 The dxdiag only flags a couple of types of problems. Even in the absence of those problems, the dxdiag will have valuable information about your computer's hardware and drivers, as well as the types of crashes you may be seeing.
I need to know which mods you're using. The fact that they're hosted at NRaas and Mod the Sims isn't good enough.
If you're not willing to provide the information I've asked for, I can't help you. It's as simple as that. I'm not being stubborn, I'm telling you that I need more info in order to make any useful suggestions.
