Product code doesn't show "continue" button

Question

I've switched over to a new computer and am trying to redownload my Sims 3 games. I can type in the product code for my Sim3 game in the downloader but the "continue" button does not activate or let me press it. Am I doing something wrong?&nbsp;

Are you trying to re-register the game or is this in installation?
