I recently purchased the Sims 3 World Bundle for Monte Vista & Hidden Springs. It says on the cover of the case that it includes a Bonus Choc-O-Falls Fountain. However everytime that I enter the code it tells me that it is an invalid code. I am a long time of EA and have never had this happen. This greatly disappoints me that I am having this problem, also that I am not able to call the company directly to get this issue fixed.

Type in 'The Sims 3' and hit 'Find Solutions'. Product - The Sims 3 > Category - Download / Installation Issues > Platform. Click on 'Find Solutions' and then click on 'I still need help'. You'll be given ways to contact them according to the country you're at. Don't chose Answer HQ, it will lead you back here, most of us here are just users like you, we don't work for EA and won't be able to give you another code.
Also, there is a new patch available, be sure to update your game. Open the Launcher and go to the Game Updates tab, click on refresh, a message will appear saying that there is a new update available, select update now. If the message doeIf you have problems updating via Launcher, use the Super Patch.
