Good morning.I pre-ordered the Sims 3 Island Paradise Special Edition, that was to come with a Carnival Costumes pack, and a free Stuff Pack. My email states the following:You will find below the code to choose and download your Free Stuff Pack on Origin (add the Stuff Pack to your Cart, enter the promo code in the promo area, click on "Apply", and finalize your purchase).There is NO promo code to redeem anything. I've downloaded and installed the Island Paradise pack. Any attempt to enter any numbers given in the email have been unsuccessful. Where is my unique promo code to redeem? I only ordered this online so I could get the bonuses, and somehow they are not available to me right now.Please respond soon.Belinda HoskingOrder ID: 17351248123
