Can you please try to delete your game data utility? It's possible that this got corrupted. Deleting it and re-downloading the update should help.

I'm having the same problem and I've already tried deleting the game data utility and still it will not work. What else can I do 😕

  Honestly although this didn’t help my situation any it may be the case for some of you check and make sure you don’t have a parental lock on because this game is for a mature audience it might be the cause for some of us having an issue. Now that I got my parental lock turned off I will try deleting the game data utility. Btw if you don’t recall adding a parental control password it still may be on and the password will be 0000
