Purchase is not appearing in purchase or billing history

Super is an expansion pack and should be in your Origin library for download. It will not be in the purchase history. In the Origin library there should be an icon for the pack and should say download. As there is a big sale ongoing it may take some time to appear. There have been some reports of trouble. You may have to log out and log back in for it to appear. After some time if it's not there you may need to contact Ea customer support.
