Purchased Supernatural pack, not showing in ea app to download/install
I bought several packs via the ea app and all but supernatural were no problem to install. There is no button to download, install, nor play just the supernatural pack in the app. It says I own the pack but does not let me do anything with it and does not show up in the sims 3 launcher. I've restsarted the app and my pc, I've logged in and out. Any help would be appreciated!

Check both the details for Supernatural (what's in your screenshot and the list of DLC under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
If you still can't find a Download button, please make sure the purchase isn't stuck. Go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History, and let me know what status you see for Supernatural: Completed, Processing, or Failed. For one reason or another, this one might not have worked even though the others did.
