quick help plz

i try not to ask because most the time you're no help, but here it goes, ive got the sims3, ambitions, late night, world adventures, pet and supernatural, ive bought some in store content including the more magic set. i finally got my game up and running updated everything, including adobe, and origin i played the game for 3 days with out issues i was able to play for 3 hours before the darn thing crashes, which it inevitably always will, because you guys are lazy. but i turn on the game today(NO UPDATES ARE AVAILABLE) and i cant get it to run for more than 5 minutes. ive gone into my options and turned down all of my graphics settings in hopes that would fix the issue. i was also under the impression it was due to cleaning the bee boxes because everytime i do that it crashes, so i deleted the boxes from my lot, still crashed, now im thinking it could be because i have my dog searching for collectibles my cat is catching a beatle and one of my sims is creating topiary. BUT since the game ran perfectly and smoothly the last 3 days, i just dont understand why it is crashing today, my computer is fine. in the game i also turned story preogression back on, because i wish to meet a unicorn. if that's causing it to crash, you guys really need to learn to give out updates that fix the game, not ruin it. ive owned this laptop for less than a year, and i bought it specifically to run the sims, hoping if i had a fresh memory unit nothing would be able to screw with your hormonal game. if you cannot give me any advice on why my game is crashing, please let me know you aren't able, ask someone else i dont care, if you cant help me then i feel discrimated against as a customer who has spent over $200 on your games, and just simply isn't "allowed" to play, ive been at this for 3 years, and the end result is always the annoyingly same CRASH CRASH CRASH "an error has caused the sims 3 to stop working, windows is checking for a solution" no windows never finds it, ive trouble shooted and ran all kinds of virus checks, everythings is ok. the game just runs one day and screws me over the next without cause or notice. i just want to be able to play, especially when it's my day off and i cant even get it running for 5 minutes after all of the gaming sacrifices ive made. so end of story please fix my issue or let me know who to contact in order to recieve a full refund. i refuse to let you waste any more of my time with something that doesnt work properly, you know the way it is supposed to be programmed to do thank you for reading hope you can help
