@eudoh6 The car should install with the world, and I don't think it's possible to download separately. (I don't own Roaring Heights, so I can't check.) This is where you'd get it:

It sounds though like the content didn't install correctly. Try uninstalling RH and reinstalling it, and make sure to delete the five cache files in your Sims 3 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts:
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
If reinstalling the world doesn't help, please let me know how much store content you have installed overall, as in, would it be a pain to have to reinstall it from scratch? This doesn't apply to custom content or to your expansion or stuff packs.
