if you regestired the code for the world in your origin account that would be one reason for the invalid/used code messge and you will need to contact CS to assist with that store worlds even if bought in origin or a a disk in a store/shop are regesttired and download from your the sims 3account see if the world shows up in your the sims 3 purchase history and download from there
