"Re-enter and verify you Registration code" help

I have had sims 3 since it first launched and have had no problems, and I just decided to buy supernatual expansion. Now every time i try to play the game a pop up with the message

"Re-ender and verify you Registration Code

Please carefully re-enter the entire cod found either iin you confimation email, you game manual/product packaging, or game card"

comes up and no matter how many times I enter the correcto code from sims 3 base game or supernatual expansion, the message will just dissapear for a few seconds the come back with the same message.

Can anyone help me, I can no longer play my game or the new expantion without getting though this pop up.

I fixed it by uninstalling the base game and expansion and reinstalling both.

@Sumner1 In this case,  please contact an Advisor and they should be able to check what is going on there:

    3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
    4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
    5. Select your platform and then 'Next'
    6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
