To download your games:

Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
Go to your My Games
Download

ok it works now! now the problem is logging in while I'm playing - the game says it needs to be updated, when i go to update it says i have the latest version.
